SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Britt Bell Art! Shipping is currently offered only in the United States.
 

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:

Standard (1-2 weeks)

International Shipping:

We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3-5 business day(s) excluding weekends and federal holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping option.

RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us.

This policy applies to all prints, original, gift products, and/or custom art pieces.

1. RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the the order has been shipped. No refunds are accepted at this time.

2. DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged item, are missing items, or received the wrong order, please email us at brittbellart@gmail.com. The buyer must provide a photograph documenting the damage to receive a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
